We've got you covered
Please note that kiln firing is as much an art as it is a science. While we take great care in handling and firing your pottery, the kiln can sometimes produce unexpected results. On rare occasions, pieces may crack, blister, or become damaged during firing.
If this happens, don’t worry, we'll offer you a free session to paint a replacement piece. Your creativity matters to us, and we want you to leave with something you love.
